Spawn is a popular comicbook title created by writer/artist Todd McFarlane. It tells the story of Al Simmons, a murdered CIA operative, who is resurected as a Hell-Spawn by the demon Malebolgia. In exchange for the chance to see his wife again, Spawn has agreed to be hell's servant on earth. He becomes the target of Angelic hunters, while struggling to find a way to free himself from Hell's control and recapture his humanity. The comicbook is chock-full of hellish creatures and evil criminals, many of which have been immortalized in plastic as action figures. Compassion is the only thing lacking from Jessica Priest's arsenal of evil. She cuts a path of destruction that takes large chunks from anything in her way. Chunks that she chews up and spits out. She is master of the once human soldier now known only as Mr. Obersmith. A savage killing beast controlled only by Jessica Priest. Jessica is wearing the tattered remains of what must have once been a classy dress. Her massive pet Mr Obersmith has been subjugated, with a heavy iron collar, and a chain-link leash. An exquisitely sculpted, and beautifully painted duo. Very collectible - a must-have for Spawn fans. Packaged in a bubble with backer card.
