Death Note is a Japanese manga recounting the adventures of Light Yagami, a high school student who finds a supernatural notebook, called the Death Note. This book was dropped on Earth by a death god named Ryuk. The Death Note grants its user the ability to kill anyone whose face they have seen, by writing the victim's name in the notebook. The story follows Light as he begins using the notebook for both noble and selfish reasons. The plot thickens, however, when he is approached by Misa Amane, who holds a Death Note of her own. His Death Note is not unique... Here we have a Death Note Last Scene Rem 8 inch figure. Rem is the Shinigami (death god) who gave Misa her Death Note. Rem's appearance is quite skeletal, with long, spinal cord-like arms and bone-like skin. Rem has one eye bandaged, the other is a golden cat's pupil. Rem also has vampire fangs. This figure portrays Rem rising from a mound of sand, Death Notebook in hand. Great sculpt. Figure is not articulated. Very cool and hard to find. Packaged in a flimsy window box. Do not expect perfect packaging..
