But it turns out he's also an undercoverr agent, and an assassin - who seems to derive amusement and gratification from inflicting physical and emotional pain on others. When he isn't fighting, his pet pigeon Hattori is usually perched quietly on his right shoulder. Lucci never talks, preferring to instead talk through his pigeon, using ventriloquism. Rob is a tall and slim, yet muscular man, with arched brows and a close-shaved goatee. He has shoulder length wavy hair, tied in a ponytail. He wears a large black tophat with a sepia band, a neat black suit with the sleeves rolled up, a white tie, black leather shoes and a handkerchief in the breast pocket.
