When you purchase more than one item, we offer combined shipping based
on the total weight of all items purchased. Savings vary, but in
general, when buying several similar items, you pay full shipping for
1st item, then remaining items ship at a discount. Please note that for
large items or large orders requiring a big box, an 'oversize' surcharge
kicks-in, reducing expected savings.
avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you provide a valid and complete shipping
address, with correctly matched city and zip values. We cannot change
the shipping address after an order has been placed. When a package is returned to us because it was deemed undeliverable by the shipper, our outbound shipping cost will automatically be deducted from any refund.
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please
check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to purchase. These charges are normally
collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick
the item up - Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for accepting delivery of order in a timely manner. This includes being present at time of delivery and signing for package if necessary. When nobody is present to accept delivery shipper may leave a note with pick-up instructions. It is then the customer's responsibility to promptly claim package as instructed. Unclaimed packages may or may not be returned to us, and are subject substantial restocking fees.
US Postal Service issues:
USPS is currently operating in a
less than optimal manner. Recent operational changes have affected both
delivery times and the quality of tracking information. While most
packages work they way though the system in 3-5 days, some get held up
or misrouted, causing extended delivery times. Also, package scans can
be sporadic or entirely absent, giving the appearance that a package has
never even left our premises. As a result, while we ship all orders
promptly, we cannot guarantee that delivery will be timely - even if you
paid for 'Priority Mail' service. We ask that patiently allow up to 3
weeks for delivery, before asking us for a re-shipment or refund.
